SDE has board members in Belgium who mobilize resources from a great circle of individuals, professionals, and Volunteers in Belgium and the rest of Europe. They are also backing up the Ethiopian projects and staffs in every aspect. SDE is represented in Ethiopia by Country Representative.

 

Each project has one project coordinator and other important technical and few support staffs who are responsible in direct implementation of the project activities under the coordination role of the head office led by the country representative with the support of other key staffs. SDE generally has 50 staffs of which 22 (44%) constitutes women working in managerial, technical and support positions. The organization has accumulated experiences in building the capacity of marginalized community groups to enable them using their potentials for the rest of their lives.
